These terms govern your use of Arianna's House Cleaning's website and booking services. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Confirmation

All bookings submitted through our website are requests, not confirmed appointments. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from Arianna's House Cleaning by email. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

By submitting a request, you confirm that the information provided — including your name, contact details, and service address — is accurate and complete.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are accepted at no charge. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Access to Your Home

It is your responsibility to ensure that our team can access your home at the scheduled time. This includes providing accurate entry instructions, disabling any alarm systems, and ensuring a key, code, or responsible adult is available for our arrival.

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property — for any reason outside our control — a $50 lockout fee will be charged to cover travel time and the reserved appointment slot.

If you anticipate any access issues, please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, and Cash App. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards at this time.

The estimated total shown during booking is based on your selected service type and duration. Final pricing reflects the actual time required to complete the job, and may differ from the estimate if the scope of the cleaning changes on the day of service. Any adjustments will be communicated before work begins.

Service Scope and Quality

We are committed to delivering a thorough, professional clean on every visit. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make it right.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or furnishings. We ask that you let us know in advance about any fragile items or areas requiring special care.

Safety and Working Conditions

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions at the property are deemed unsafe or present an unreasonable health risk to our staff. In such cases, a partial fee may apply for time already spent on-site.

We work with eco-friendly, non-toxic products. If you have specific product requirements or sensitivities, please let us know in your booking notes and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pets

We love pets! We ask that animals are secured or kept in a separate area during the cleaning for the safety of both your pet and our team. Please mention any pets in your booking notes.

Liability

In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address the issue promptly and fairly.

Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our booking service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
